In India We perceive education as a means of climbing the economic and social ladder. The Education system is focused on examinations following a global pattern set by the British. Our children are not actually educated but tested for their short term memory and obedience. These are the parameters for marks in exams and grades. Better the compliance better the marks! Because of the information overload, the students have become increasingly confused about life as a whole.
Our education system has failed miserably to produce skilled graduates who add value to society.
Most of the colleges and universities offering degrees are losing relevance because of their outdated curriculum and focus on testing short term memory only. Undergraduates are missing actual skills required to be successful in life in. Most of them are unemployable. Our vision is to bridge the GAP in our education system in our area of expertise. Our focus is on training the youth and preparing them for future, inspiring them to acquire knowledge and skills required for success in life with focus on all dimensions
